Scott Equipment Hosting Free Combine Clinics in Louisiana and Arkansas
Clinics Educate Customers About the Newest Combines and Precision Farming Technology
This June, Scott Equipment will be hosting combine clinics at four of its locations in Louisiana and Arkansas to introduce and inform customers of the newest changes in combines and precision farming equipment.
The clinics will showcase the new Case IH flagship combines as well as those from the manufacturer’s 7000, 8000 and 9000 series. After a demonstration of the new combine features, a classroom-type session will simulate the combine experience on laptops, including the displays, calibrations and setups for different crops, as well as yield and moisture data.
At the clinics in Louisiana, Brittany Salmon from Case IH will be covering Pro 600 and Pro 700 calibrations, yield-monitoring setup and operation. Terry Medley, also with Case IH, will be at the McGehee Clinic to cover combine operations and new features. Present at all clinics will be Scott’s six-person precision farming service team to provide guidance, answer questions and share its tried-and-true tricks of the trade.
“These clinics will hopefully teach everybody the uses of precision farming if they’re not already using it,” said Jimmy Boyd, precision farming service manager at Scott Equipment. “It doesn’t matter if you’re new to this or have been running combines for years; we can show you some steps to help advance your precision farming process.” Using the combines’ multicrop adaptability, the Scott team can show you how to maximize fuel economy and productivity whether you’re harvesting, cutting or threshing.
See below for dates and locations at Scott dealerships. All clinics start at 9 a.m. Lunch will be provided, and no registration is required.
